Hiding and Highlighting Features

Bandpass filters limit the wavelengths of light that are able to reach the sensor. The focus part of this experiment was a glass syringe filled with a red liquid. The first image is a full color sample, second red bandpass, third blue badpass, and final green. You can see that the red bandpass makes the fluid substantially harder to see, where the green makes it obvious where the fill line is on the syringe.
